Not for most work. We can review programs, analyze collected data, and prepare documentation entirely offline — so there's no impact to your production schedule.
What if you can't improve our results?
You don't pay. We stand behind our work — if we can't demonstrate improvement, there's no invoice.
We've never had automation before — can you still help?
Yes — and it's something we actively welcome. Our General Automation practice is built around taking projects from zero: requirements, design, build, and validation. You don't need to know what you need yet.
Are our systems and processes kept confidential?
We don't work without NDAs. Your processes, system details, and IP are protected from the first conversation.
Do you offer validation and documentation services?
Yes. Every project we deliver includes test scripts and a handoff package. We also offer standalone documentation and validation support for existing systems.
